With over 15 years of experience in catering, party staffing and event management, Veronica has worked with hotels, country clubs and high-end clients all over Southern California.
“Original from Quebec City in Canada, I lived and traveled all over Europe. I lived in Antibes on the French Riviera for 2 years, I also lived in Salobrena, Spain and studied for 1 year in Kent, England. I also spent several months backpacking through Mexico and Guatemala as a young adult.
As a result, I have a passion for different foods and flavors. With my experience in the food industry, I noticed a need for less pretentious but elegant and affordable catering services. So I eventually created my own company; thus Paris Party & Events was born.”
